Terms of Use and Distribution — Mod Lonehaven

1. Definition The term Mod means the content named Lonehaven including scripts, 3D models, textures, sounds, configurations, documentation and other provided files. The term Author means TyNox Games Production. The term User means any person who downloads, installs or distributes the Mod.

2. Grant of license TyNox Games Production grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, free and revocable license to:

• download, install and use the Mod for personal, non-commercial purposes on a legitimate copy of GTA;
• create modified versions (derivative mods) provided the obligations in section 4 are respected.

3. Usage restrictions The User agrees not to:

• sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the Mod or its derivatives without prior written permission from TyNox Games Production;
• distribute the Mod or derivatives without including this License and without explicitly crediting TyNox Games Production as the Author;
• claim sole authorship of the Mod;
• use trademarks, logos or trade names of TyNox Games Production without written authorization.

4. Contributions and derivative mods

• Contributions (fixes, improvements, new files) submitted to TyNox Games Production may be accepted and integrated into the main project.
• Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, any contribution submitted is licensed under the same terms as this License to allow integration and redistribution.
• Derivatives must clearly indicate the changes made and retain a notice crediting TyNox Games Production as the original Author.

5. Distribution of third party content and protected resources

• The Mod may include or depend on third party resources subject to other licenses; the User must comply with those additional licenses.
• TyNox Games Production disclaims any liability if the User redistributes or modifies copyrighted resources without the necessary permissions.

6. Use in videos streams and media projects TyNox Games Production allows use of the Mod in non-commercial videos, streams and presentations online provided TyNox Games Production is clearly credited in the description or credits.

7. Warranty and liability:

• The Mod is provided as is without any warranty, express or implied.
• TyNox Games Production shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from use, inability to use or distribution of the Mod.
• The User is fully responsible for backups, testing and compatibility with their system and other mods.

8. Termination:

• This License terminates automatically if the User fails to comply with any of its obligations.
• Upon termination, the User must cease further use of the Mod and remove any public distribution of non-compliant versions.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction This License is governed by the laws of the country where TyNox Games Production resides. Any dispute regarding interpretation or enforcement will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Contact and special permissions For commercial permissions, collaboration requests or clarifications about the License, contact TyNox Games Production at the address provided with the Mod distribution.

By using, modifying or redistributing Lonehaven you accept the terms of this License and acknowledge TyNox Games Production as the Author.
